Power Standards Lab's (PSL) Industrial Power Corruptors (IPC) make bad quality power so you can test your equipment.
These IPC's take clean, utility-grade power and add carefully calibrated voltage sags (dips), swells, and interruptions at the touch of a trigger. The built-in data acquisition system includes a 28-channel digital scope, and optionally a complete harmonic and power flow analyzer. Ideal for current inrush testing and standards compliance, including SEMI F47, IEC 61000-4-11, 61000-4-34, CBEMA, ITIC, IEEE-1100, and more.

Get started by doing the following:
- Choose current below: Choose a current rating (25 amps, 50 amps, 100 amps, or 200 amps).
- Choose voltage below: Choose a voltage rating (either 240V max, or 480V max).
- Choose options below: Choose any options (Power Flow Analysis, motor drive for circuit breaker, extended test lead kit, laptop controller)
- Request a price quotation
Any IPC can be upgraded for higher voltage or higher current at a later date,
simply by returning it to the factory.

- Circuit Breaker Motor Operator
Customized motor operator to operate circuit breaker handle from front panel switch operation. Required for rack-mount installations. Recommended for safety enhancement.
- Power Flow Analysis package
Software package for detailed power analysis and harmonics analysis. Includes FlowScope graphing program for reviewing downloaded data, real-time Vector Scope, real-time oscilloscope, real-time spectrum analyzer. Optimized for recording power consumption of industrial processes, including SEMI E6.
- Upgrade from 240V-25A to 480V-50A
Increases continuous current from 25 amps to 50 amps, and increases voltage rating from 240V to 480V. Requires brief return-to-factory for various internal upgrades.
- Upgrade from 480V-50A to 480V-100A
Increases continuous current from 50 amps to 100 amps. Requires brief return-to-factory for various internal upgrades.
- Upgrade from 480V-100A to 480V-200A
Increases continuous current from 100 amps to 200 amps. Adds “combat mode” for extended capabilities. Requires brief return-to-factory for various internal upgrades, including additional fans.
- Laptop controller
Strongly recommended. A Windows PC laptop, pre-loaded with all IPC software, and pre-configured for immediate use. Eliminates any questions about computer compatibility.
- Additional Wire Adapters
Set of 10 custom designed wire adapters for connection to terminal blocks when using smaller gauge wire.
