Features
Besides having the skill set and experience to manage the entire testing process, STG has an extensive background in successful commercial test product development. The principles of STG designed the first automated script based product for the semiconductor industry which won the 1996 Semiconductor International "Product of the Year" award. They were also responsible for the design of CCSEnvoy and dozens of commercial test plans which continue to set the standard for 200mm and 300mm SEMI standards baseline testing throughout the industry.
